That is a good question. My guess is that it's mostly the die hard believers paying a little more money to give themselves multiples of their original holding. I could be wrong, and if we see a new substantial holder it will be very interesting (not that it would cost a huge amount of money to become a substantial holder at the moment).

You'd be mad not to retain a healthy sense of scepticism, but hey, maybe CSS are starting to turn things around. The different style of announcement and apparent good news created a jump up from the stagnant period around all time lows, but the next announcement or two should a better idea of whether it was just another CSS load of hot air or if things are actually turning around. If you bought right at the lows and sold out recently you'd have done well (but I'm sure very very few people did that, most of the sellers are probably long termers desperate for an exit and locking in huge losses), but to buy in now you'd be betting on a really big turnaround, which I think is unrealistic. The share price already has a turnaround factored in even though it is unconfirmed. I can't see much short term upside from here, and if the good news doesn't keep coming we'll see a slow return to the lows (or a fast trip to new lows if there is bad news).

The short and long term reality and what gets announced in the short term are different things, so anything could happen to the share price.

All silly opinion, I could be wrong, don't take anything as advice, blah blah blah.
