I don't know about mistrust in management and/or the court process, mose - but mistrust in the ethics of big business - I agree with you there. Hence the litigation and the current impasse.

Anyway, nothing wrong with posting a moan or two or three. Seems to me posters are divided into two camps, depending on how long they've/we've held shares. It's good (imo) to have a forum where all views can be expressed - and we should at least be as tolerant of posts expressing frustration as we are of those that are at best patronising, and at worst supercilious .. Just my thoughts as a long time holder who would prefer to see a negotiated agreement between all parties than the decimation (or annihilation) of our funds through lawyers fees ..
