One of the other interesting points it makes, and I've seen specifics elsewhere, is Eu companies moving manufacturing to the US for the cheap gas. This can only compliment the already huge technological advantage still holds over ROW.
DK's projection of a 60% growth in US RE demand over four years may end up conservative. Then there's graphene!
