Zehav,I don't take offence to questions, just ranting about a subject that the ranter is ill informed about and in your case as an example it borders on ranting also as you quoted:

How would you be aware if M believes that M is of significant importance or not? The fact is that M was putting out feelers to holders of ANP shares to gauge whether or not there was enough common opinion and united support from shareholders to maybe assist the board to the conclusion that the acceptance of this particular individual could be a high value asset to our financial future. This individual in question has a track record of high achievement in other companies. It was never about M as an individual it was about the consideration of a mutual group of ANP investors uniting and agreeing to attempt to better the position of ANP for all holders especially in the area of PR and marketing.

"Does he believe he knows what is best for the Company??? (moreso than the board)" - Hell Zehav, don't we all think that - it is called an opinion.

It is a sad reality that these forums are full of statements that are so often devoid of the most crucial ingredient - fact! You have reminded me why I try these days to refrain from posting anything at all. Thank you at least for that !
