Once this puppy is in production and earning cash it won't shut down regardless of who wins the election. This plant is a major step towards Malaysia's goal of becoming the "technological hub" of Asia so if it hasn't melted the skin of everyone in a 10 mile radius by March like some crazy's believe then all will be sweet. If you look at the big picture this legal mumbo jumbo is just a side circus.
