I think it's all but a given Exergen will get an allocation. Anil Sardana made it perfectly clear in the list of requirements (demands) he laid out to the Victorian Government when he visited Australia that if they don't get an allocation, they won't be investing (ETIS funding was also on that list - ALDP).
I kind of feel like Mantle would have to have some serious partners to be in with any chance of an allocation. I mean, they are a junior explorer with no experience of mining anything.
This is why I'm keen to see the criteria for the allocation process. It wouldn't surprise me if the final decisions about both the ALDP and the S7 allocation occur around the same time. 3 months for tender applications, 3 months for decision? So around May/June for both?
