It is because of my suspicion that something like this was happening when Sanofi pushed their timeline back that I was interested in the unitract an interest which many dismissed. I saw it as bringing in some income not enough but some as the period without contract manufacturing income was going to be extended .

I also would like to know where the payment from the unknown pharma for syringes received before the supply agreement went. We were told it would be recognised in the following quarter The only thing i can recognise is that I cant see it.

In August I predicted that there would be one up front payment and one supply agreement before the end of the year There has been one up front payment of 1.25 million The relativley small amount was predicted by Alan Shortall at least a year ago when he said there would not be large payments as per Sanofi again but many small ones . I still expect a supply agreement before the end of the year .
If you trawl through my posts I never said it would be Sanofi who this agreement was with. The timeline in which they could get lovenox to market had been exceeded and although I did not know what had caused the delay It would of been like trying to stop a flood after the dam wall had been breached . You will also note that I said the supply agreement would not affect the SP There are just too many other things going on
My interest now is in what do Sanofi intend to do with their reserved percentage of the production line. They could do any of the following
    1. Keep it as long as possible to block others out
    2. Have another drug in mind
    3. Have a number of other drugs in mind
