Great posting which helps our understanding of the geology.

RDM announcement dated 31/10/12 refers to the shift in iron formations from a silicate to sulphide carbonate. I understand this is important with regard to the potential mineralisation of Moronan.

Your thoughts would be appreciated.

RDM 31/10/12:

"The shift in the iron formations composition from a dominant iron oxide-silicate to iron sulphide-carbonate character, single ore beds to thicker or multiple ore beds, and the first appearance of zinc sulphides in the Upper BIF have lead to the development of a new zonation model for Maronan (Figure 4)."
