Nowhere man how is it poor frank cannavo. I doubt he is poor at all. If he is a nice bloke that is great for him but means little to share holders.

If you are the previous director of companies such as fortis and motopia where honesty with the shareholders has been less than forth coming then you derverse to have your integrity challenged.

I'm more than happy for frank to be paid 30k a yr as a director and his options at 60 c and see him gain with the increased share price just like anyone else. However if they are going to increase director fees for current directors then share holders have every right to be sceptitcal.

As for the current state of proceedings this thread would adeptly suit the sceptitcal nature that some share holders should rightly have. The stock hasn't traded in a month, the company has focused on kaz to the detriment of other projects and here we are a yr later and we are still trying to work out if Gte has an agreement with tks. Hardly a re assuring situation.
