vgg, agreed - the only conclusion that can be drawn from this is that the optake was between 0 and $25 million, with any shortfall being taken up by JPM. We might get a clue if JPM issues a change in holdings statement ;).
IMO this is a positive as we get less dilution than planned, and Lynas have enough cash to get through to positive cash-flow.
Given the drop in the SP prior to the SPP pricing happy to have loaded up in the last couple of weeks.
