rakia! I am disappointed in your comments about my ramping style I am not actually ramping anything just giving a two sided view instead of the baggers winning the war and trying to get it to go to 3c. I think this has been done.
As for the underwriting this is the next logical stage for funding and this happens throughout the market on a regular basis when companies have options expiring and they want them exercised it sends a clear message to the market that somebody thinks the story is good enough to back. Neo is a good enough story to back and this is evident by the progress they have made to date.
Sorry you think I am trying to ramp the stock but I am not, stocks that go up quickly come down just as quick and I would like to see a gradual increase however NEO needs to be rerated and this will be immenent!
