just divide 25billion (which is how many minerals they are going to find) by the number of shares (140 millions?) on issue 25000/140=$178.00. yeeeeeeh! there's your target price. just look at rxm, they are trading on anin situ value of....nah seriously...once a company has declared a JORC resource, and for example, a predatory take over occurs, a mineral company may be valued at a tiny precentage of its in situ value normally less than 5%. obviously that would be dependent on many things including mining stuff that is beyond me and macrostuff that even more beyond me but IF you like dreaming and they find a super giant 25 billion (in situ) resource and they get eaten up by a big fishy like BHP then maybe 25 billion X 3% which is like 5 bucks (assuming there is 140 million shares, not really sure). there you go. but like crimsoncarp says..it is way too early for that stuff and people shouldn't really purport to be newbies just to get silly discussions like this started so other newbies can start going all in on the next Poiseden but if you really are a newbie make sure you read The Money Miners and let the buyer beware. Always liked RDM. glad to see it finally getting the recognition it deserves
