    If Exergen inform Mantle then Mantle has an obligation to inform holders IMO.

    ALDP funding is a key to the proving of chtd tech which is a key factor of the BM JVA.

    The Exergen Flyer, as announced(with a little coaxing)by Mantle spells that out clearly IMO.
