The bears have everything to loose and nothing to gain...and yet they are so smug...funny stuff. They just really dont get it. Even if property dropped 10% why would I sell-my debt is being serviced and entry/exit costs are as much as the drop itself. Nope, I along with most others would just sit and wait...
The 'crash' just aint gunna happen fellas...not without massive unemployment. And when the bears get sick of waiting for the crash and jump back in boy ohhh boy look out!! LOTS of pent up demand and LOTS of capacity for debt bwhahahahahaahahaha
