    Re “wages”,

I’ve been critical of the extra fees paid to Management, particularly the Fee paid to I.Gandel for the Itochu deal which should have been the responsibility of S. Johnston in the normal performance of his duties.
Also the small handout fee to J.Dunlop for what ever he did.!
It was I.Parmesky role to oversee expenses. Was he doing as he should have in AGS’s shareholders eyes/interests.? imo

Now, all that aside Management/Directors are entitled to collect their standard Fees as agreed to, regardless.imo

At least there is progress on all/most projects according to the Annual Report.imo

    Re “signing of initial agreement”,

Does anyone know who signed off on the initial J/V agreement? They should not be involved with the Company now.imo (I don’t know who was on the Board when the initial J/V was signed or who signed, was Gandel on the Board?)
Other than that its no use crying over spilt milk.!imo

Re “ when will all this end and for whose advantage”,

Its blatantly obvious that we have to follow the controlling Director now and following the M&D C Matter, it will either end in AGS retaining 25% or AGS having 60% (plus?) with Itochu as Partner.imo
How can there be negotiation to resolve this.imo

In that the result/advantage is the same for both Directors and Shareholders.imo

I don’t know whether AGS will win or not but as with you, I’ve spoken with I.Gandel on two occasions and at the least, know his determination to get the entire asset back. He’s upfront about that! AGS/Gandel has no other choice than to try and rid themselves of the BBros.imo

As for the shareprice sinking, maybe its the Mayan effect lol but what else can it do, no-one/new money entering the Market wants to take on risk with stocks, anymore.imo

Sludge theres nothing we can do, other than hang in there and ride this out. The pressures on the BBros moreso than AGS atm and mounting!.imo
