2 different burettes??

Hi everyone,

I was just re-reading the chairman's address to the shareholders, and it dawned on me that I may have missed something. Ross Mangelsdorf said the AutoStart and the AutoFlush features are now being combined into the one unit.

Am I interpreting this statement correctly by thinking that ALT has had 2 SEPARATE units they've been marketing i.e.
1 burette has the AutoStart feature and their other burette has the AutoFlush feature?!?! If this is the case, I'm a bit worried at the intelligence of the people running this company!!

You don't have to be Einstein to realise that in order to break the mould of ingrained clinical practices, you have to offer your BEST product. Of course ALT's best type of burette is one that includes both the AutoStart and AutoFlush features on the same burette! Not 2 separate burettes that have one good feature but are missing the other!!!

No wonder we haven't had any sales yet! Hospitals who are aware of both pieces of the technology would surely say 'Come back to us when you've got both features in the same unit. Then we may be interested.' No wonder for the delay in sales!

Didn't an announcement say recently they are combining these technologies now and it will take another 9-12 months??

Have I got this completely wrong or do I have the right to be annoyed at what I can only see as something that should have been done 12 months ago?
