Agree with your post, CEO need to be a salesman not an engineer.
He needs to be a dealmaker with the big boys, AD was an engineer and everytime I heard him speak I felt like slitting my wrist, hard to get excited when he opened his mouth.
Bond on the other hand gets things done at LNC and he doesnt take any sht, hes no scientist but knows how to execute on a vision and get people to buy in to that vision, investors, government, community etc.
Thats what CNX needs it has the technology but a very poor leadership group - its not a case of build it and they will come, you need to get out there and SELL SELL SELL the company's virtues.
As they say in the classics - "sales solves everything'
