You say the negotiating team is back in Eritrea, and suggest finalization of a deal (something which would seem unlikely any time soon based on company announcements and govt track record).
You need to be able to substantiate such statements. Of course if you have inside info, you can't do that, but then nor can you make the statement.
How do we know you are not just ramping?
