i DONT THINK INTERNET SELLERS CAN PLACE ORDERS WITH SUCH A WIDE SPREAD--OOPS.

There is strict trading limits,but brokers can place any orders anywhere --there is no restriction---someone is trying to jockey/play the prices ,maybe suffering to many xmas drinks---wait to when a buyer makes a mistake when attempting to buy 2m at 1.5c becoms 20milar $1.5---it happened in USA on apple a few weeks ago,cost the chap millions.
