Don't see the relevance of that. I have and don't agree with you. All the countries you mention are mature countries with populations that want to move and have done so whereas we are pioneer territory with countless numbers wanting to get in because it is so good here. If Australia was like the ones cited it would have happened by now.
You guys have misread the market and you are being slapped in the face by it and can not see you are missing out yet again.
