What this guy missed takingh into account is that until recently HDR hasn't used any of its bank facility of US$100m (I think) for Chinguetti development. It was using its cash on hand from the sale of equity to BG. HDR have recently stated that they are fully funded until production. Its remotely possible that we are going to see some form of capital rasing between now and when production starts but from what Simon has previously said that is more likley to be some sort of sale of project equity or farm-out of project equity for $s.
