    I agree fully and a slightly earlier post of mine will confirm that. However none of this changes the fact that TNG has some great assets. Unfortunately the price will not reflect their value until something dramatic happens. As I see it, the most likely thing would be the announced commencement of the Mt Peake project, which is still some time off.
