    I read somewhere that after the Th/U are initially separated that the then use some of the lower level waste to dilute it.

    Rastus's numbers support this with the FGD at half the 1 Bq/g target and NUF at a quarter. This material could supply a fair amount of dilution before the need for external material.

    Just a vague recollection, but theoretically they could dilute the WLP considerably using the other two VeryLLW.

    Perhaps that's what the pilot mixing plant is about and they need to test actual output for levels of consistency?
