Now Monash need to step up deliver the first $1mill and ECT confirm receipt of it and the brakes will be off.
I wouldn't be jumping in too hard until we have that confirmation though. Once that first $1mill is in the bag, at reasonable terms to holders, all systems go.

March RFP still a big hurdle but will be looking much better with the continueing $ from Monash over next multiple fortnights.
