The real problem here is that:
(1) the major shareholders have no real interest in promoting the share price as they are not sellers and in fact are both mid term buyers, just like ERA etc
(2) Bringing on merchant banks to get advice on strategy is a clear sign management is not very capable, or they are desperate, or they want to have a third party validate their personal strategy, and that is what I feel is the case here.
(3) We need some small investor representation as it is clear this has been absent for a very long time and continues to be a HUGE problem for us
