I would appreciate your coments about this report you sent.

First , Stuart Fine is employee of Uns isnt it ? (marketing assessory company if I recall)

Having said that at certain stage of the text he declares..

He understand the company WILL NOT RAISE FUNDS but in reality use the facility available.

Well.. considering his link with the company,this is not a opinion,like mine or yours..he is reflecting one company position, isn't it ?

And in case I'm correct, any future(2012/2013) fund raising can be submitted to the Court alledging mis lead and proposital intention to mis inform the shareholders inducing them to feel confident for events that in the end happen(fund raising)

What is your (and others) opinion ?
