Government know its not dangerous , but with election coming up want to be seen to be tough . Lynas has its TOL and the conditions therein , commercialisation plans for the waste if a PDF can't be found , why do we want to renegotiate so we end up having to export non hazardous waste at great cost, just to reelect the govt ????
