Instead of drowning myself in my own negativity about this deal I decided that I would give Gary Foster a call. So yesterday when I had a bit of spare time I made the call.

I don't want to quote him to much because I don't want to be guilty of misquoting him or quoting him out of context but I can confirm the following;

SJ Little hit the nail on the head regarding the incentive scheme,

Gary does intend to submit a letter with an explanation regarding the deal, at the moment it is with the lawyers. He did state that even with a letter it would be difficult to explain some of the finer (and valuable) points of the deal.

CX Partners have also invested in some Indian Banks, some are already existing clients of TSI some are not. The networking power here is the clincher for me.

After having the conversation, which went for some time, I have definately changed my mind to a big YES. I have to say Gary comes across as a very intelligent man, passionate about this company and very willing to have a chat and answer any questions. I have much respect for this guy now and I encourage anyone with any doubt to give him a ring, I am sure you will be impressed.

I hope at least some of this is helpful. I think we are still onto a winner!!!
