I would hope that the finer and valuable points just really stand out to him, so he can let us know what is in it for us. I am not so great with numbers, but I think our share price has fallen by about 30% (two ticks- from .006 to .004), since the potential deal was announced, whereas on speculation of the deal from the media, the share price rose to about .009. I know that we are getting a few $million less cash injection than we thought, but that shouldn't have had our share price/market cap have us in such a negative situation now.

I am interested in how this deal can improve our NTA, profit, etc. Not whing(e?)ing about Gary Foster here. He is really the only one who can communicate this deal to us in a way that improves our situation. Most companies who are doing some kind of merger deal- which is what this is with CX soon to own 75% of TSI India- do presentations, etc, to keep an informed market. We don't know how long this will be at the Solicitor's, but we do own shares, so giddyup, Mr Foster!
