To refresh your memory it took this time frame to drill TDH001 which lies approx 700m north of TDH005 and 1,000m West of TDH006 (give or take a metre or so and and a few lazy degrees on the compass)

22/11/10 A diamond drillhole, scheduled for at least 700m depth, has commenced

3/12/10 was at 780 metres yesterday afternoon.

7/12/10 Sipa is pleased to announce that we have successfully completed a deep diamond drillhole at 1,017 metres at our Thaduna Copper Project, in the Gascoyne Region of Western Australia.

The hole was collared in the Johnson’s Cairn Shale unit and then passed into clastic sedimentary rocks and a basaltic unit, before finishing in more sedimentary rocks, including limestone.

Magnetic susceptibility measurements on core suggest that the basalts are the cause of the magnetic anomaly.

Granted its not the same spot, however they drilled approx 70m/day for the first 11 days and 60m/day for the last 4 days.

I see THX pulled the pin on its drilling today and it looks like they had circa 1 inch of rain through wider area.
