I would have to agree. Given the multiple number of hoops they had to jump through just to get the TOL, I don't think Lynas would now want to jeopardize their position by publicly stating things that are not in the TOL document. It would be like cutting off your nose to spite your face, and could mean the end for them in Malaysia IMO .
