I would strongly advise caution with this stock, yes they have some potentialy interesting ground which others may or may not be interested in via a farmin.

But take a good look at the sp price history, currently at the top.
They have no cash to speak of so only other option is farmin or takeover, can't see the value in a takeover so they have to make it as attractive as they can. Will not be investing at current price, I would think they should be valued at around 0.12.
