I think there are important meetings going on in Sth Africa right now, between AMED and Genorah. I think that they could be called final negotiations, and they could continue into next week, and easily beyond.
I think there is a chance of a deal before the end of next week. No idea how good a chance, but a chance never the less.
I think there has been progress made.
I think that if no deal is done early next week, that there will be parties doing their utmost to put out an announcement, with as much explanation as they can. Whether that happens or not is anyones guess.

I can think of what I would want it to say if there was no deal. I would want to know as much detail as possible, but most importantly an indicative time frame, indicating shut down in discussions over christmas, and a hard date for the next update within a short period of time. sticking points, and points already agreed upon.

I think they should tell me whats going on or let me sit in on meetings and write their comms.
