I don't quite understand why anyone would try to apply technical analysis to a small cap speculative stock.

It would be more enlightening to consult the star charts - "Saturn is in the house of Twangle at the zenith of the full eclipse of Nathanganger" - therefore IDC is a sell. Good luck with that ... Captain Pugwash.

Might it just be the release from escrow with people who have had their money tied up for 12 months looking to offload some of their holdings.
