I'm in the same boat. Fortunately for me my loss is not as great. What anoys me even more than the seeming incompetence of senior management is that of the directors. They are paid a lot to provide oversight and should know the ins and outs of the company sufficiently to be able to assess the veracity and certainty of statements made by management. It happens too frequently with too many companies. Despite their responsiblity these directors are rarely held to account.

On the investment side, it is difficult to know what to do with MAH. My thinking is to get out (take the offer at 16 cents and sell current holding, than sell new shares). The new CEO might turn things around, but the board remains.
