The IO price at $130 and not having a impact on the SDL T/O is again one of these points where the management of SDL have failed their SHs in extracting value.They could have negotiated the TO price on a sliding scale ,for every $10 that the IO hikes up that would add 1c to TO price .This would mean that currently the TO=50c. If hanlong wanted to achieve the lowest price they should have closed the deal 1 or 2 month ago.

This current delay will not be the last one ,I expect more BS in the new year with chinese new year and the IO price dipping again.
