I've read them before. Most apply to other countries. The one I remember which applies to us is that the NSW gov guaranteed coal supply to the power stations. The argument was that they could have got more for it had they exported it. The joke was that this was on a thread titled "There is life in coal yet" or something like that. How they could simultaneously argue that coal was dying in the bum and then say that not taking the high prices on offer in the export market is "a subsidy" has me beat.
