Ccuyee1, if one overlooks the frontman then they are part of the problem IMO. If we entertain the string puppets behind the scene then why are the likes of BIS nessessery and why aren't they governed in the best interest of the consumer and not at the peril of market forces.

Your argument about lobbying by way of social media has certain merit, but I disagree with trying to enter the likes of AUS where the economic benefits are zilch IMO.

Case in point should be Dendron where their prostate cancer drug Provenge was first denied by the FDA, this suited so many large pharma until their appeal was made successful by a lot of public demand and media coverage. There are a lot of media reports on this but I'm sorry I'm typing on the iPad with no way of getting the saved research from here, just google it.

The likes of what BIS did to TIS should never be forgotten and should be looked at IMO, what management do from here should be also looked at as they still have the opportunity to be a force in the largest market, the US, though if they wait until 2014 to conduct trials then I personally believe they will lose a lot of momentum and opportunity to gain share.

I have never seen in this industry a company move their focus to another country in the hope that the targeted country gives in or takes notice, this must be taken head on and fought with vigor.

    Gl all
