Instead there are "dark pools". What's that?
Well that is basically off market-markets.
Away from the bots.
This is where the big funds buy and transact quite often and they pay a fee for the service to...guess who? Yes, the banks who facilitate it.
The very banks who are the HFT.
This is the classic case of a window sales man breaking all the windows in the neughbourhood and rocking up the next hour to sell windows.
Provide a solution to the problem you have created.
