Can relate with that post Red. When we first got PS3, we played Red Faction - mostly a driving game. After playing for a few hours then jumping in the car to pop down the shop, the video game sensations you experience are wild. Colour, sounds and even driving style of the video game hit pretty hard behind the wheel of a real vehicle.
Then took the oldest boy go-karting. First thing he said - "sooo much fun. felt like i was driving in red faction"
Good experiment really for any parent who simply just lets their kids play any of these hitech games without thought. And some of these games are ridiculously violent too.
Would be interesting to see if this Lanza chap was into video gaming and if so what types of games. No taking away the seriousness and devastation of his actions though.
