Mike68, I don't disagree with your thoughts at all. It just is what it is with things like this, clinic practices have to change, staff need to be trained in any new treatments, proceedures, follow ups. Unfortunately the proactive GP's/Clinicians aren't as wide spread as one would like, this is very evident throughout the whole industry.
There are so many cases out there where new treatments, one would think, should be adopted straight away but unfortunately aren't, it's a long hard road to have any meaningful penetration for this sort of thing where there are many options.
