I agree and have been saying this for a few months now-I base my opinions on 'real world' and judging by the amount of people turning up at opens and auctions there certaninly is a bit of interest kicking around!!
I'll say it once and I'll say it again-there will be no crash, and once poeople realise this and jump back in look out!! People have been reducing debt and are cashed up, combine with record low interest rates...whoaa baby!!
