I was intrigued when I read the phrase "non-accountable" in that article... am I right in thinking that NC uses that phrase as if all "non-accountable" action is a bad thing?

I always thought that "non-accountable" action was only bad when it is used against ones-self?

indeed, I find that "non-accountable" action can be quite beneficial when it is working in my favour... for example, the other day I drove past a farm that had eggs for sale at the front gate with a "non-accountable" honesty box beside the eggs... I couldn't believe my "non-accountable" luck as I drove off with two dozen eggs and a hand full of cash!!*


*please note: the above example was just an example - I have not begun to forge a new career as a petty egg thief - in fact my righteous non egg stealing crown is still intact!! ;)

p.s. for the record I must agree with NC on this matter... "non-accountable" action is VERY BAD!! It is even worse when it is perpetrated by an accountant (but that is a whole different story!!!)...
