one thing has to be taken into account:
never again (i will repeat: NEVER AGAIN) will ANY fools believe in "going up 10% every year and doubles in 7 years" drivel !
and without those traditionally everpresent fools there is no boom as our forum bulls would want !
and without that boom there is no chance let alone need for OVERborrowing !
