Sorry, a couple of clarifiers.
When I say "what management thinks is market sensitive vs. what management thinks" I mean what they think requires trading halts.
And also, when I say "right to acquire is now halved" I mean, the time frame is halved and therefore a good thing, not the odds of them getting it.
