The only thing that management seem to do with any sense of expedition is to raise capital.
For years the company says they have been in discussions with various parties, even in the last quarterly.
In the end PH needs to get some runs on the board and the SP will suffer the more inaction is seen by the Market as either management being incompetent, the resource being worthless or a deal being years away.
