    the scary thing is.----

    this sale has been done at $10,000 per acre, mako are trading at $350 per acre. the celtic deal was a bit further away but this deal is literally right next door....

    what does this value mke if they got taken out at $10,000 per acre?

    I suggest that once the spp is completed maybe even before this has got to fly...
