Bot, very good posts. How do we know what stocks have been affected and there in, how do you prove a material loss?
Hoping there are a few backyard lawyer members who might be able to post some generalities.
It is plain to see the reasons for the lack of volumes in the market. Just have a look at the people that participate in the HC forums. Pretty much we have all been bled dry and if the people on this site are not participating and investing, you hate to think how many others have been educated not to invest. The ASX has allowed the top end of town to bleed the retail investors dry.
The government is also to blame by allowing these huge hedge funds from around the world into our market. There aim is to take from the mums and dads and line their own massively over inflated bank accounts.
