    Any enterprise value or any other details to back up Patersons view?

    I'm guessing Macquarie would be playing hard ball. If their debt convert to PLA shares then they might even be on our side now.

    I wonder if the parties will have to bring in an inderpendant valuer?

    I think it's still too early to say if the merged company is a buy, sell or hold.
