Your post is fundamentally flawed.

ECT cannot secure any Asian partners unless Monash comes on board. This fact has been clealy articulated to us.

ECT would not have been shortlisted if K Coal had not signed up. Again, K Coal only signed up because they were promised that Monash will back this project.

ECT made it very clear that coal resource companies will not invest in a commercial plant unless a demo plant can prove that the tech works on a commercial scale. So far, only Monash appears interested in building a demo plant.

If Monash walked tomorrow, our share price would be worthless because no-one else would be able to replace Monash.

No Monash....no ECT.
